Do you know how much different the world would be if we used our voices?

But often times, we lose them as children.

Like circus elephants tied only to a tiny stump…easily could run away. They don’t attempt to because as children those stumps were unbreakable. Then as adults they don’t even try anymore.

But we must take back our voices and speak! This will help clear out energetic blockages to communicating clearly and effectively. To using your voice.

You might notice in the beginning a lot going on with your throat chakra (of course depending on your own blockages) …but towards the end all of your chakras might begin to have sensations. This is clearing out EVERYTHING that keeps you from speaking. I mean EVERYTHING.

You might cough, cry, yawn, feel tingles, feel your life force returning.

Everyone is different.

Then it will fill these spaces with courage, strength, love and support. It will help you speak from the heart. There’s no need to know what to say when you speak from the heart, unafraid of what others will think.
