an outside perspective
We have blind spots. We can’t see ourselves. The perspective we have goes outward. Sometimes, a lot of times, what we see in others is only a reflection of ourselves.
Less as we began to take time to truly explore ourselves.
Sometimes then, we see people. Like flowers or trees. Without judgement. We can see the wounds, but the wounds too are beautiful. They are part of what makes us unique. Like the color patterns on the wings of butterflies. Or the different creases in each flower petal. The spaces of a snowflake are why no two are the same.
Everyone has plenty enough people giving them advice but most not enough that will just lend support. The point of this field though is to give you a perspective of looking at yourself from an outside perspective. An honest but not judgmental perspective.
A soft gaze.
So that you can make changes. With new information. A life changing perspective is the idea.
Both elevated, and grounded.
