This is the specific series of yoga poses I have chosen to incorporate and I highly recommend doing them if you have a chance. This is automated yes but the positions of your body will allow the energy to flow. Pain relief has been included. If you have been through a lot of trauma please be gentle with yourself. And maybe don’t loop this. Not to tell you what to do, only to explain it could get rather intense. This will also work to facilitate a nurturing opening of your lower three chakras to ensure energetic movement and a through flushing of all trapped emotions, tension and energetic density in this area.

I have also included a massage and acupuncture effect targeted at this muscle.

Then of course healing light directed and targeted at this specific muscle. And a calm compassionate mother as in Mother Nature/unconditional love type of energy. I know many of us had the opposite for mother’s… what you deserved and deserve as far as a feminine nurturing energy.

This field and all my fields are designed to be intuitive and go beyond what is mentioned to create the desired effect. Knowing I am only human and capable of knowing only a fraction of what is knowable. But I can connect to the core of knowledge and so can this. Use as needed.
